What is Reply Keeper?

How does Reply Keeper work?

1. Install Reply Keeper from the Chrome or Edge extension store.
2. Click the + New (Add Text) button.
3. Write your subject or title and add the text. Pick or create a category.
4. Click Save.
5. Copy with one click — or Paste straight into the page you’re on.

You can also edit saved notes, move them up or down, pin them to the top, delete unused texts, search your notes, and import or export them.

Short codes: type a code, get the full reply

Don’t even open the extension. Give any snippet a short code, then type it in an email, a comment box or a chat — Reply Keeper fills in the rest.

1. Add a short code to a snippet in the editor, for example /thanks.
2. Switch on Short codes from the ⋮ menu. Your browser will ask for permission to let Reply Keeper insert text into pages.
3. Type the code in any text box and press Space or Tab.

Smart fill-ins: add {date}, {time} or {day} to a snippet and they are filled in automatically. Write something like {name} and Reply Keeper asks you for it each time you use the snippet.
