MacBook Pro Features
The 14-inch MacBook Pro is available with M6, M5 Pro or M5 Max, while the 16-inch model offers M5 Pro or M5 Max. Both sizes come in Space Black and Silver. The Liquid Retina XDR display supports up to 1600 nits peak HDR brightness and ProMotion refresh rates up to 120Hz, with optional nano-texture glass to reduce glare.
The M6 model includes 16GB of unified memory, configurable up to 32GB, and offers up to 24 hours of video streaming or up to 16 hours of web browsing. Fast charging reaches up to 50% in around 30 minutes with a compatible adapter, such as Apple’s 96W USB-C power adapter. It has three Thunderbolt 4 ports and supports up to two external displays. M5 Pro and M5 Max models feature Thunderbolt 5 and support up to three and four external displays, respectively.
Other features include HDMI, MagSafe 3, an SDXC card slot, a headphone jack and Touch ID. A 12MP Center Stage camera supports Desk View, while three microphones and a six-speaker sound system handle calls and audio. The M6 model runs macOS 27 with Apple Intelligence and Siri AI.
